Need help finding a Craftsman for a small project

just as the title says, I have a small project that I'd like to get commissioned. All I'm looking for is a small wooden box with some carved wooden cards to go inside.

maybe I'm just searching for the wrong things on Google, but the only services I can really find are for entire remodel type work.

This box really only needs to be like 12" x 9" x 5", so it's really little compared to an entire kitchen, ya know? It's got to be good quality and look really nice as this box will be involved in my proposal to my girlfriend of 6 years.

where should I be looking for this type of work? any suggestions?
