Would you take this job?

I am a current 3rd year corporate associate and just received an offer for an in-house gig offering a 190k base with 20k bonus (in a medium COL area). From what they said, it will be a fairly typical Monday-Friday 8-5pm schedule with basically no work outside of those hours. I am pretty burnt out on biglaw, but wondering if I should try and do a year or two more, or if it is likely that I will be miserable just to end up making like 20-30k more. I have no debt from school and have saved up a fair amount of money in the past couple of years. Thanks in advance for any advice!
