Thoughts on depreciated D5 A8?

Hello. I’ve gotten really interested in some D5 A8’s. There are a number in my region priced in the low thirties (USD), which is quite appealing. I understand that I will be maintaining a car that was $100k+ new, but beyond that, is there anything else I should know? Is this an okay buy or something to stay away from? Thanks.
