Using Mobile Phone Screen Protector Over Touch Controls Viable?
This is probably over-board, but from reading everyone's reviews of dropping water on touch controls, if I put a screen protector (used for mobile phones or tablets) over the touch control area, will water still affect the touch controls? Anyone want to test it out?
I am still waiting on my induction cooktop to come in (GE PHP9030) but was just wondering. I'll test it out when I get my cook top which is next week.
I actually used to have knobs, but I wanted to move to touch screen. Every time water fell under the knob, it would trigger the breaker because the infinite switch would get wet.
