[USA-NY] [H] Paypal G&S / Local Cash [W] LGA 1700 MB needs DDR4 support + AIO

Looking for a motherboard for my i7 12700kf and an AIO.

Specifically needs to support DDR4 RAM. I only have DDR4, not looking to upgrade to DDR5 due to pricing.

In addition to that, need an AIO to go with the motherboard.
