Changes in Moscow

I moved to Moscow in 2020, and I've loved every single day of it so far. One thing I have noticed is that there seems to be a greater proportion of nicer cars and houses. Is this just me or has the area gotten a lot more affluent over the past 6 years or so?

While I'm on the topic I'd love to ask those who've been here for much longer than I have: How has Moscow changed culturally and economically in your eyes? What's your view of our trajectory?
