Apartments near the Med Center (Axis, Hawthorne, Alamo)

Hi! I am looking for apartments near the Med Center as I will be a medical student this summer. I am currently looking at Axis Hamilton, Hawthorne House, and Alamo Residences at Spurs Lane. Does anyone hae any experiences/thoughts on these?
