im going insane, he won’t stay asleep

6 - 12 months

My 6 month old has been going through a sleep regression for The past month, him and I moved into my parents house and ever since his sleep has just been haywire.

He used to be put down for naps so well that my 7 year old cousin literally done it without help (I was in the room)

He’s always been fed to sleep for bed, which I always wanted to change but he was sleeping 5-8 hour stretches at night/waking up once, If that.

Now, he wakes up every hour/45 minutes, I’m lucky if he sleeps 2, I take forever to fall asleep so by the time I’m almost asleep he wakes up.

He is being rocked to sleep for his naps, I track his wake windows and feeds on an app so it’s all as predictable as I can get it.

Every video I’m watching, everything I read, it’s all telling me what to do and how to fix his sleep, but all the pointers they give I ALREADY DO

I pay attention to wake windows

I push his last wake window to build sleep pressure

He had the exact same routine every afternoon for bedtime

He has a sleep sack, white noise, dummy/paci, I even have plants in my room now that are meant to help with sleep for crying out loud

When he starts to wake up I try resettle him without picking him up , which works 50% of the time

I’ve tried laying him down awake and trying to get him to just magically fall asleep

Feeding him to sleep only works sometimes now

And I can rock him to sleep for all his naps, but at night he screams and won’t take the dummy, wont take the boob, nothing, nada.

We wake up anytime after 7, I feed him as soon as he wakes up, but if he falls back asleep I let him sleep.

His bedtime routine is always based off his last wake window (they’re about 2-3 hours) so an hour into that wake window, he has a bath, then in pjs, he also gets his dummy for the rest of the afternoon (he only has it for sleep during the day) I go shower whilst he’s with my mum, then I come out, we just play a bit in the living room until he seems a little tired, then we go to our room, I change his nappy/diaper, put his snuzza hero on, then sleep sack, paci, we sit down and read 2 short books, then it’s bedtime-where he’s always been fed to sleep but since he hasent been sleeping long I’ve been trying to feed, then rock, or pat etc.

We follow an eat, play, sleep routine, it was recommended by his nurse at 8 weeks old, and I started doing it at 2.5 months and it’s worked great.

I don’t know what else to do, I know it’s a sleep regression, but this has been going on a month and I feel like I’m at all loss
