2025 shirts lost in purgatory

my sister and i are from canada and went to riot fest last year, bought some merch from the riot fest booth that were sold out in our size and we were told that they could ship them to our house because a lot of things were sold out and they didnt have any stock on hand. we told them we probably couldn't because we didnt live in the US but they told us it wouldnt be an issue. we paid there, and after the payment went through tried to fill out our shipping info but it only allowed for US addresses to be entered. we were assured by the staff there that they would still mail us the shirts, they would just have to mail them out separately from other orders and we would have to wait a bit longer. this was obviously in september, its now february...no shirts. we've tried emailing them and have heard absolutely nothing :( did anyone else order shirts and actually receive them? did anyone from outside the US have the same thing happen? 😔
