full disclosure?

have any of you had a full conversation where you had your partner review and tell all from the past that they could remember so that you don't have to keep finding out in trickles and bits? I'm not talking like graphic but I had the problems these time these situations these dates? this is the general thing I search for when tempted with porn. this is the age I started. these are the ways in the past I hid it or places I kept some saved etc? did it help?

I asked my Husband for full transparency I am tired of looking back in my head and going Oh so that's probably why he was distant or oh so me and the kids going on vacation for the week left you wide open. so that's a trigger. for me if he had told me after Dday but before I asked were you doing that every time we'd go to the grandparents? if it had come from him first it would hurt less. it would show more of I'm done keeping things from you. but he answered he would share anything HE though would be useful. that response ticked me off and I left the conversation.
