Just started Sertraline, anything I should know?

Hi guys I am 17 years old male and i was prescribed Serlan (Sertraline) today by my doctor and I was just wondering if is should know anything about it and all. The doctor spoke with my mum and never told me anything and I'm just worried to start blind without knowing what is going to happen

I'm on 25g half a tablet a day
