Help with current Skirk team builds

Hello, I have been modifying my build for all these characters for Skirk team because I had them previously on other sets (GT furi and esco and 2pc/2pc atk for Shenhe).

Do you think current builds look OK (specially on ER department) or would you recommend changing/upgrading something?

Would also appreciate if you could make any comments on how to upgrade my Skirk build. Thought it was better but apparently not.
