I just wanted to give PB CS a shout out. my 1100 pro series lockup during a cook this weekend. tore it apart yestetday and found the auger bushing meltwd due to a hopper fire i had this past summer (i didn't know i melted it!). called them today and they are sending me a replacement bushing! the init is 3 years old soni wss surprised it was covered. I did need to send them a pic of the bushing, but that was after the fact. I have had good luck with them.
