Are you struggling with stakeholder negotiations?
I kept finding myself in situations where I needed to align engineering, sales, design, and leadership on something urgent, but everyone had competing priorities. The kind of conversations where one wrong move tanks trust or derails the project. And there's no real way to practice this stuff without... well, messing up in real life.
So I built a stakeholder management simulator where you can screw up as many times as you want.
Here's the link for the web app:

How it works:
-
You get dropped into realistic PM scenarios (sprint planning conflicts, launch crises, tech debt vs features, etc.)
-
You have limited meeting slots per week, so you choose who to talk to and when
-
Each stakeholder has their own agenda, fears, and personality
-
Every response you make is tagged as Collaborative/Assertive/Empathetic/Confrontational
-
Trust and alignment scores shift in real-time based on your choices
-
After each conversation, you get instant feedback on what worked and what didn't
-
At the end, you see your patterns
I built this for myself to get better at navigating these conversations, but figured other PMs might find it useful too. Would love feedback from the community!
