addon for raid tanking?

trying to find an addon that tells me when to taunt off the other tank during the raid like DBM used to. Its hard for me to see debuffs and to know when I'm supposed to and 99% of the time im in pugs so theres no communication. Is this still possible or has it been deemed egregious?
