Do the Niners need a solidified #1 and #2 receiver or just a few quality guys that can get the job done? How are they likely gonna go about it?

They survived this season with a mediocre receiving core. They had some good #3 or #4 receivers but definitely not that #1 guy. I'm not sure if they're going to look to make a move for a #1 or #2 guy or hope some of the guys already on the team can step up. I don't know who is available or what they're going after.
