Hysterectomy kept ovaries on HRT. How do I know if my estrogen is too high? Symptoms?

Has anyone had their estrogen too high, post hysterectomy? If so, how did you know? I was doing great for a while, now, I’m exhausted ALL THE TIME, my libido is tanking again, as well as sensation, breast tenderness at times, weird headaches and aches and pains in joints.

I’m currently on HRT estrogen patches.075mg, progesterone as needed 200mg, vaginal estrogen (Imvexxy), and localized Testosterone cream for clitoris. I spent so long trying to balance my hormones to get to a good place, now this? It’s frustrating and makes me so sad. I’m not sure if I have too much estrogen or not enough??? How do I tell?
