Is there a way to permanently turn off the sexual craving part of your human experience?

It's really annoying and I wish there was a way to shut it off so I can do so much more. I wish there was some chemical disruptor to just completely render it gone. I have not cared for pro-creation and am willing to basically render myself sterile. Considering vasectomy
