Does the show depend on unrealistic action ?

Ok so I’ve heard alot about person of interest and how good it is so I decided to give it a shot but I don’t like the unrealistic action scenes where the main character of the show always wins no matter what so I wanted to ask are these type of action scenes in the show ? And thanks
