Had my living room ceiling soundproofed today

Builders left about 4 hours ago after replacing my living room ceiling.

I'm sitting in my completely empty living room. New ceiling not plastered yet, No TV noise from my tv, no white noise, no furniture / heavy curtains in here & for the first time since I bought this flat I cant hear noise from above.

I just sat here and ate my dinner in peace

I could actually cry right now
