Need Honest Advice

Delhi guy here, just moved to Pune for a new job. My office is in International Tech Park and I’ve got my car with me.

I’ve shortlisted two flats — one in Ubale Nagar and one in Wagholi.

I’ve read a lot of negative stuff about Wagholi (water issues, safety, crime, traffic, etc.), but I’m getting a really good deal there on a fully furnished flat. I only need to go to office 2 days a week (11 AM–8 PM).

Before I put my money down tomorrow, I really need some honest input.

For locals or people staying around here — which area would you suggest considering this setup? Is Wagholi still that bad in terms of water, safety, and crime, or is it manageable now?
