Where do you find accurate references for gore drawings?

I love drawing horror art, especially involving blood and gore. I'm planning doing a drawing where a person is being dissected like a frog, with the skin pinned to the side like in those taxidermy displays. I want tocmaje sure the organs look at least somewhat realistic on size and placement. I've heard anatomical diagrams often place things neatly where everything is visible, when in reality things overlap more? Where can I find real gore reference photos without going to really sketchy parts of the internet?
