need a goodd lippiee suggestion

i really need a good suggestion for lip balms...i have used nivea, vaseline and couple of more lip balms...and they don't last beyond 30-40 mins...and also make my lips feel like i have put something very weird..idk how to frame it..but like a weird texture layer that i dont like...im a student..and i have classes for long hours, where even AC's are on constanly making my lips extra dry due to cold temperature...and i can't reapply a lip balm in front of the professor...so please help me..with a good hydrating, long wear lip balm...i dont mind any price point!
