Help me find the post or redditor

Hey , so I was just scrolling and someone commented or posted about how they have multiple remote jobs by expanding their network.

They describes the process something like searching google for recruitment agencies, visiting their website and uploading their cv. They also shared a database of recruiting agencies in UK, US.

Please help me find that post
