Mothers Day

A time old tradition the second Sunday in May

In that we do celebrate mothers day

Without her you would not exist happens to be so

And for the gift of life in gratitude a debt you do owe

Far greater than any other form of personal success

Our gift of life the greatest gift we possess

And it is only stating the obvious for to be quite frank

That for this we all have a mother for to thank

She may not have a partner or be anyone's wife

But in your birth your mother gave to you the gift of life

a day to celebrate them to do an apt thing

Of the praises of mothers we all ought to sing

The second Sunday of the month of May

For mothers worldwide is a special day.
