Good Deal for Kohler 26RCA + 2 Transfer Switches + Pad?

Neighbor down the street purchased this setup thinking they would install in their house, but they ended up buying another house that already has a generator. Everything is still new in the box and has 4 years of warranty - I believe the warranty is transferable since still inside of warranty period.

They initially offered to me at $6,500. Do you think this is reasonable? Part of me questions that it is still technically used and maybe should be less (regardless of if its new in box)?
