how do i even get past this

i lost my phone a week ago and was able to log into my account on my new phone and laptop by using 2 of my 10 codes but now any time i try to sign in on something it asks me to verify using the phone i lost. i have access to it. im logged in. but when it asks me to verify it’s either i use the phone i lost or the number that went with it to get an SMS. any help?
