Help????

Hi everyone im ttc and had negative test as seen in my previous posts I’m now 5 or 6 days late on my period and still negative but my symptoms are so so high rn my 🍒 have started leaking milk when my daughter is nearly 2 md I’m so tired and nauseous what should I do ?
