New Bike: R3 from CBR500R

After riding daily for 3 years, looking to possibly get an R3. I had been riding a CBR500R.

How much different would these bikes feel besides the low end torque?

Note: CBR500R was totaled from someone hitting me. While I am 27M with very high income (191k), I am extremely stringent on spending on amount of money. Hence the R3.
