I was assaulted at a friend's house but can't tell anyone

I haven’t told anyone this yet and I’m not even sure what I’m looking for maybe like knowing I'm not crazy like this is definitely assault.

Im 14 f was staying at a friend’s house a couple weeks ago and her brother 22, he’s a physio offered to help with my back/hip pain after I was complaining to his sister about it. we did he some stretches and hands-on work while my friend was there and it felt completely normal We were all chatting and nothing felt off.

When I was getting ready for bed he asked if I wanted him to do it again. This time it was just the two of us in the room. I didn’t feel in danger just a bit awkward being alone with him and having my top off like that but it started off normal like before just working on my back area which actually relieved some pain.

He then started touching my inner which felt weird but not like in an inappropriate way but at one point he asked if it was okay to pull my pyjama shorts up a bit and I said okay. I didn’t realise at the time that I was exposed but he then started touching my inner thigh and down there I couldn't actually believe that was happening and kinda pretended it wasn't happening at the time. it didn't fully register what was happening until afterwards.

Now that I’ve had time to think about it it’s really bothering me. I've been avoiding my friend since it happened which see thinks it is weird that I'm being cold with her but I can't tell her what happened.

At first I just wanted to pretend that didn't happen and move on but I can't talk to my best friend anymore I can't help but just avoid her even though it's not her fault I cant tell anyone really.
