Pc gets a black screen like my monitor isn’t recognizing a input being shown after I disabled csm

I have a problem. I have been having issues with my pc for the past couple months so I basically replaced every part besides the ssd and the ram, my issue is that every time I try to boot past bios my screen turns black and I get no signal but I can stay on bios for an indefinite amount of time that’s before I disable csm for secure boot so then I disable csm to get secure boot now I get no display even when opening bios and for some reason taking out my cmos doesn’t reset bios.

Cpu: Amd Ryzen 9 5900XT

Gpu: Asrock challenger Radeon 7600

Motherboard: Prime Asus B550 plus ac hes

ssd: some random 960gb samsung ssd

ram: 64gbs of ddr4 ram (only using one stick for debug)
