Why is it so hard to decide what to watch after work?

I don’t know if this is just me, but after work I’ll open Netflix excited to relax… and somehow end up scrolling for 20–30 minutes and closing it more tired than when I even started.

It’s not that there’s nothing to watch. I have a whole list saved. I just second guess everything.

Is this decision fatigue? Or am I just overthinking something that’s supposed to be simple? How do you actually pick something and just press play?
