Dog walker?

Hi! I'm looking for a not-all-the-time dog walker — I have long covid and have developed some serious complications, and am unable to walk her daily. The hitch is that the day(s) depend on how my body is doing.

The reason this has become more pressing is kind of exciting but also a bit cautionary — a red-tailed hawk has started to roost in the backyard tree, and it can absolutely destroy & kill her. (yay for free pest control though!)

She's an 8.5lb papillon (working dog, but you'd never know it unless she's in her harness). Zero leash aggression. Zero dog issues, aside from being very French and wanting to kiss all the dogs. Loves to play fetch. Loves sniff walks. Knows the neighborhood down pat (I get vertigo, so she mainly helps with navigation).

If you know of a local, flexible dog walker (or if you're interested in helping a disabled gal out!), lmk! (would rather someone more local due to the unpredictability of things)
