27M - What should be my next dating goal?

Long story short, until last year I hadn't been on a 'proper' date and hadn't even got past first base. 12 months on, I've dated three different women, two on multiple dates. One woman was a non starter, the other two women I chose to dump as I wasn't feeling the connection with them and the physical side hadn't developed.

I have now got as far as kissing and know what the logical next (physical) step is. I'm a busy man with a career and a house. I'd like to think I could get a gf by the end of 2026 but I'd like some thoughts on what I should be aiming for in 2026. I feel I made good but steady progress in 2025 from where I started.
