Do not ask me to leave a product review or feedback unless you GIVE ME SOMETHING FREE
Every store you go to or thing you buy, inevitably you get an unsolicited email from the vendor asking how your experience was or how you like the product.
No, absolutely not. If you want me to publicly endorse your product or service you, at the very least, need to put my name in a raffle for a $10 gift card, or give me a coupon on my next purchase. Literally anything, I'm not greedy!
But, no, instead you're going to spam my inbox (wasting my time) AND ask me to do work for you, some random company, with no benefit to me? Sorry, our relationship is transactional. You have already annoyed me by sending me an email I didn't ask for, so unless you're willing to do the bare minimum, get out of here.
On the flip side, any time I go to Qdoba they ask if I want to take a survey and, if I do, I get free chips and salsa on my next visit. Hell yes. I leave them a review every. single. time. This is a transactional relationship I can get behind.
