Can't Downgrade Plan

I chose the Pro plan in hopes it would show me tne price of the plan and what it offered. Instead, it locked me in and I can't downgrade it. Called customer service and spent 45 min on the phone and they couldn't fix it either.

I think it is time to move on from this company. Their website keeps getting worse and now they think they can trick customers into paying for a service they don't need.

I will be doing a charge back and will be using a new company to file my taxes. Been filing with H&R for over a decade.
