Amounts ingame wrong?

Does anyone have the same problem with items showing the wrong number? It said i had 2 minis so i went to pick up a stack of 4, suddenly i dropped my gun and had 2 minis + 6 in my other slot.

Also another thing that happens sometime, i have 3 mist grenade and throw one but it throws them all?🤦‍♂️ And i know i picked up 3, no idea why it throws them all
