Idr discharge and refunds

Sorry if this has been asked before. I got the golden email this round. I have 365 payments credited under icr. The underlying loans that were consolidated were a parent plus loan and an ffel that wasn’t held by ed. My sense is the only payments that would be refunded would be those credited after the consolidation. Does anyone have any insight as to how this would be handled
