Would you date a man who makes significantly less money than you?

Serious question. If everything else about him is great kind responsible emotionally mature ambitious and stable would you date a man who makes significantly less money than you By significantly I mean a noticeable gap not just a small difference. I should add he is not lazy and he is not expecting you to provide for him. He just happens to earns a lot less. Would that matter to you Why or why not?
