I have a septal posterior perforation. What happens if I do cocaine?

I know you’re not doctors an that this isn’t medical advice, but I can’t really ask anyone else about it.

I swear to god, I got my perforation due to overuse of nasal spray. It’s at least two centimeters deep in my nose and I discovered it by coincidence, and I quit the spray that same day. I have no symptoms. It looks healed.

In my past I have done cocaine, but very rarely (I promise! Max 30 times since my early 20s, and I’m almost 40). Now I’m curious if a few bumps of coke at an afters or something might seriously damage my nose, or if one night’s use might be okay in the grand scheme of things? It wasn’t what damaged my nose in the first place, and I’ve never had an addiction issue.

I just want to know the facts before if/when I say yes or no to cocaine in the future.
