Skinner is gone, now what? Roster thoughts

Now that Skinner is a FA, we have 15 forwards on the roster.

Untouchable:

Celebrini, Smith, Graf, Misa

Borderline untouchable:

Toffoli, Wennberg

Which leaves:

Eklund, Gaudette, Sherwood, Regenda, Kurashev, Reaves, Goodrow, Dellandrea, Ostapchuk

Despite popular opinion, Eklund could 100% get traded for a top-4 D. I think he’s a great middle 6 forward at this point, not a top line guy imo unless something changes fast. Chernyshov waiting in the wings as well.

Unless things went downhill fast, we would keep Sherwood.

Regenda deserves a spot on the third/fourth line.

Ostapchuk and Gaudette are likely fourth liners next year.

That leaves Kurashev, Dellandrea, Reaves, Goodrow?

Also on D, have to think 1-2 of Liljegren, Ferraro or Klingberg are gone post Trade Deadline.
