Anyone else using AI to help them with missions plans and rocket design? How has it worked out for you?

I've had KSP for well over 10 years. Have played off and on. Got like 300 hours in the game. And in all that time, furthest I've been was Duna.

Thinking about using one the AI like claude or chatgpt to walk me through with exploring the full system. Rocket design, comms, mission plans, etc. I'm curious to know how well it has worked out for others. Or if anyone has tested the various AIs in how helpful or counter productive it was.
