This deal seems too good to be true...

Was planning to build a tower with a Core 7 Ultra but otherwise similar specs to this: https://www.microcenter.com/product/701486/dell-alienware-aurora-act1250-gaming-pc

The price ($2200 at my local store) seems super low based on specs. Am I missing something that would make this a bad buy?
