Why do bigger aircrafts feel easier?

I am still relatively new to the game and I still have trouble with landing smaller aircrafts like a Cessna Skyhawk in career mode.

At the same time, I flew the second time a turboprop today and the landing was so much smoother, although I had a MVFR approach with strong winds from the left.

Do I just get better and my brain plays tricks on me or is flying bigger aircrafts easier?

Whenever I flg a small Cessna or Dakota, I really have to battle with the airspeed to get to flaps speed and not get too fast again. Also, I have the feeling it shakes a lot more compared it the bigger aircrafts.

Is this just physics?
