One of the most prominent talking points used to demonize Blake - or any woman - is: *She is rude.*

In Blake’s case, even if we set the sexual harassment allegations aside, we have heard multiple accounts from people who were either on the set of *IEWU* or who have worked with him previously, describing Justin as rude, hostile, and aggressive.

Blake is being scrutinized for being “rude” in interviews, some from decades ago, for behaviors that, if she were a man, nobody would have batted an eye at. Meanwhile, Baldoni is facing accusations of yelling at people, making them feel physically threatened, being verbally abusive, dismissing others’ opinions, and behaving in a way that made people, especially women, feel dismissed and disrespected. He has crossed boundaries repeatedly and also been described as grossly unprofessional.

That’s all without even considering his admission of ignoring consent in his sexual encounters, as well as allegations of intimate hugging in the workplace that made people feel uncomfortable.

Why is nobody talking about how rude he is? Why being rude only applies to women? Why being difficult only applies to women? Is there any other labels that only applies to women to demonize them?

Baldoni yelled at women, slammed chairs and made women feel physically intimidated, yet Lively got labeled rude for saying "congrats on your baby bump" a decade ago
