Outdoor light fixture with PIR motion sensor that won't turn off

My outdoor light fixture is stuck on. It has a motion sensor and the only way to turn it off now is flipping off the switch on the fuse box. I've cleaned the sensor, tried turning off the switch for 1 minute, flicking it on-off-on-off as per instructions online to turn off the sensor override.

Any suggestions for what to try? This is driving me crazy.
