Can anyone help ID this artwork & Artist?

I received several pieces are artwork from someone who passed away and I am trying to sort through them. I know next to nothing about artwork and have been researching for over a month to ID them all and the pieces I have been able to find & ID have a decent collector following.

I have tried to find this painting by this artist Connie S. Johnson but it seems there are several that go by that name during this time period.

Also, I have marked out the original buyers name, just for privacy reasons.
