LG Partner Site + Rakuten

Has anyone used this combo before? I placed an order today with the Rakuten 20% cashback offer, and usually an email from Rakuten confirms the cashback (but pending). This time I’ve got nothing from them, so just want to hear over peoples experience. I didn’t combine any promo codes with the deal.
