Are professors allowed to have this much requirements for submitting an assignment?

I have 3 diplomas and 1 honours degree at Sheridan and never have these been required in any classes until this semester. One of my professors requires 4 items in order to submit an assignment and if they aren't attached, you will get a zero!

1. Academic integrity check list (have to sign)

2. No AI usage (have to sign)
