WARNING: Do not apply to BPI. Worst Experience with BPI Auto Loan

Let this serve as a warning not to proceed with BPI Auto loan. They have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was 1 month delayed with my payment and I paid 40K. My monthly amort is around 23K plus penalties, a total of 29K. I paid 40K so yung sukli mag serve sana as partial payment.

At first, nag reflect siya sa loan details. 10K+ yung partial payment. A few days later, 2K na lang?? WTF BPI. I went to 4 different branches and they all said the same thing to me "Wala po dito yung retail and collections department, sa email and call lang po sila."

So I fucking sent them an email. They didn't even explain where my 8K+ went. They sent me a document na I had to fill up para masend sakin yung detailed breakdown ng payment. I sent it Feb 4. It said on the document, processing time takes 4 days. I called every fucking day and it's Feb 17 now.

Please think twice before you proceed with BPI. I know it seems affordable especially yung promos nila sa DP. Your car is already a liability, don't let BPI add up to that hassle.
